We offer a comprehensive building service paying particular care and attention to detail with a professional and friendly service from an experienced team of quality tradesman. All our subcontractors are qualified and hold relevant certificates and are associated with their governing bodies such as Gas Safe and NIC EIC. We also hold current ‘public liability insurance’.

Flexible project management & expert advice
We have experience in developing many houses, with various levels of refurbishment, extension and conversion and we demand a high level of care and perfection from all our subcontractors.

We undertake or will guide you through all aspects of planning permissions and legal requirements drawing upon our experience with many councils in the south east. We can provide architectural services or are happy to work along side any architects that have already been instructed or use plans that you may provide. We are also competent in the project management of any build whether it be a large extension, conversion a bathroom, kitchen or bedroom.

Skilled, joinery, craftsmanship
The company was founded by me, Sam Thompson, and I personally specialise in carpentry and joinery. I build bespoke units in veneered or sprayed MDF or timber. These can be either stand alone units or those fitted in the most challenging of spaces such as alcoves or loft areas. They can be designed to any specification with shelving doors or drawers. I also undertake all aspects of general carpentry whether it be first or second fix such as partitioning, flooring, skirting, architraves, frames, windows, external/internal doors, locks, handles, fitted kitchens, fencing, gates or decking. I will also undertake the project management role on all of our building contracts.
